Yummy Apple Dessert

I watched an episode of Biggest Loser and Jillian shared an easy dessert that was low-cal. I tried it and reallllly like it. Take an apple and simply slice it up. Put the slices in a bowl, cover with water, and microwave for 1-2 minutes. Drain the water, sprinkle some cinnamon over the apples, and enjoy!!!! On a cold night, it warms my tummy and satifies my sweet tooth.
