"Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.

  Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied."

Your words were found and I ate them,
And Your words became for me a joy and the delight of my heart;
For I have been called by Your name,
O LORD God of hosts.

I shifted gear for this week.  I had planned on continuing with the Ephesians passage, but this Jeremiah verse hit me.  I'll get back to Ephesians, hopefully, next week.

Memory Monday - Proverbs 18:13

I got this idea from another blog that I was reading: Each Monday my goal is to pick a verse or passage to memorize for the upcoming week. And the next Monday, I'll type it out BY MEMORY and choose another one. That would make 52 verses memorized by December 31, if I'm faithful. My first verse is:

Proverbs 18:13
He who gives an answer before he hears, It is folly and shame to him.
